Bottle & Can Blow-Off Units

Alliance Industrial builds powerful blow-off units to dry bottles and cans after they have been through a wet environment, such as a wash-off unit or a filler, and need to be thoroughly dried.  A common need for a blow-off unit is for bottles prior to entering a labeler to make sure the bottles are clean and dry to accept the label.  We build our blow-offs using air knives to dry the product with constant high pressure streams of air.  We can build an enclosure for your blow-off if you desire, or we can leave the unit open on the line.  The design of the blow-off allows it to handle a wide range of line speeds and be retrofitted to an existing line with little effort.
