Product Sampling Selector
Our Product Sampling Selector allows customers to remove individual products from line flow at a set interval for testing and inspection. Our Sampling Selector gives you the ability to separate sample products at full production speed, even on difficult to handle products like reverse tapered bottles. Products too heavy for other samplers, such as air powered samplers, are no problem for our Sampling Selector. The interval between samplings is adjustable to your preference, and the use of servo motors keeps the minimum time between samplings as short as possible. The unit comes with safety interlocks to prevent access while the machine is in motion.
