Bulk Glass Tier Forming Device For Palletizing

The Alliance Industrial Tier Forming Device (TFD) builds tiers of loose glass product in preparation for palletizing by another machine, typically a robot.  The TFD comes as complete unit with a full controls package, including a Panelview touchscreen interface and a complete safety package.  Our units have their own infeed recirculation loop to ensure they stay primed and prevent backing up upstream.  Standard configuration TFDs include staging for two formed tiers at any given time at the discharge.  Our TFDs are also capable of handling rigid PET bottles, but such applications would require testing prior to ensure the machine can handle the product.
