High Speed Cap Sorters And Delivery System
The High Speed Cap Sorter takes bulk loads of bottle caps and orients them to be fed into your capping machinery. Bulk loads of caps are dumped into the primary hopper and feed into the secondary staging hopper. In the secondary staging hopper caps are feed onto cleated belt and carried up the sorting wall. The design of the sorting wall causes caps facing the wrong way to fall back into the secondary hopper to be recirculated, while caps facing the correct direction are fed into the cassette. Sorted caps travel through the cassette and are propelled with air to the capper. Our machine gives you dependable performance so you can focus on other aspects of your operation knowing your cappers are receiving the caps they need.
