Case Pack Inspection System
The Case Pack Inspector is a solution to quickly identify and eliminate problem cases on your lines before they create bigger problems downstream. The Case Pack Inspector identifies clearly incorrectly packed cases, such as cases missing a bottle or with high bottles, or cases with less noticeable problems, such missing partitions or even with a bent partition flap. The Case Pack Inspector also identifies cases containing broken products and other debris. Early detection of problem cases prevents these cases from making it downstream to other machinery, such as a palletizer, and causing jams and line shutdowns.
An optional reject conveyor system provides the ability to automatically reject failed cases to a side accumulation area until an operator can come correct the case’s issue and put it back on the line.
