Continuous Motion Diverter
The Continuous Motion Diverter shifts product at line speed from a single lane into multiple lanes, making it ideal for feeding multiple downstream machines, such as inspection machines or labelers. The design of the Continuous Motion Diverter allows it to handle unstable products that traditionally pose problems for lane diverters at high speeds, such as reverse-tapered and non-round bottles. The Continuous Motion Diverter has a small footprint and can be quickly dropped in beside existing lines of conveyor.
The Continuous Motion Diverter is available in 1-to-2 or 1-to-3 lane models. It uses rubber fingers to protect product during handling, and features multiple safety stops.
