Empty & Full Case Switches

The Alliance Industrial Case Switch combines the function of our Lane Changers with the design principles of our Continuous Motion Diverters to create a lane changing machine that can run continuously at high rates of speed.  The Case Switch distributes cases to multiple lines of conveyor based on downstream demand without having to stop product flow to switch lanes.  Currently we offer Case Switches in 1-to-2, 2-to-1, and 2-to-2 configurations.  The units come with a complete sensor package, including jam photoeyes, safety interlocks on all doors, and clear to shift sensors.  We can also provide a control panel to make the Case Switch a stand-alone unit.
