Lane Changers
Our Lane Changers redirect full cases, empty cases, shells, and loose product across multiple lanes of conveyor. A Lane Changer can be used to combine multiple infeed lanes into a single discharge lane or distribute a single infeed lane to multiple discharge lanes. Lane Changers are also commonly used to take product from one or more infeed lanes and allocate it across multiple discharge lanes based on downstream demand for product. Our Lane Changers are available in a wide range of configurations based on your needs, with electrical packages available to make a unit completely stand-alone.
We have built models including:
- A 1-to-4 lane unit running one gallon jugs
- 2-to-6 lane units running small flasks
- A 12-to-3 lane unit running cups of baby food
- 1-to-2 and 2-to-1 units handling full and empty cases
