Accumulation Table
We design, manufacture and install accumulation tables that can solve problems of excess product or materials on conveyor systems and production lines.
- Provides an area for product to accumulate in the event of a downstream slowdown, jam, or machine error
- Reduces total line shutdowns by giving operators time to correct problems
- Valuable when product has to continue to flow through areas regardless of the downstream situation, such as unloading hot glass or discharging product
- Bi-Directional accumulation tables available with an optional system of multiple chains and pneumatic gates, which work together to allow accumulation of unstable products, such as reverse-tapered bottles
