The Alliance Industrial Tier Forming Device (TFD) builds tiers of loose glass product in preparation for palletizing by another machine, typically a robot.
- Comes as complete unit with a full controls package, including a Panelview touchscreen interface and a complete safety package
- Have their own infeed recirculation loop to ensure they stay primed and prevent backing up upstream
- Standard configuration TFDs include staging for two formed tiers at any given time at the discharge
- Capable of handling rigid PET bottles, but applications require prior testing to ensure proper handling
