The High Speed Cap Sorter takes bulk loads of bottle caps and orients them to be fed into your capping machinery. Our machine gives you dependable performance so you can focus on other aspects of your operation knowing your cappers are receiving the caps they need.
- Bulk loads of caps are dumped into the primary hopper and fed into a secondary staging hopper
- Caps are fed onto cleated belt and carried up the sorting wall
- Caps facing the wrong way recirculate back into the secondary hopper
- Sorted caps travel through the cassette and are propelled with air to the capper
