A Case Pack Inspector examines cases in a production line to ensure that the products have been properly placed into the case.
Our solution to quickly identifies and eliminates problem cases on your lines before they create bigger problems downstream causing jams in palletizers and line shutdowns.
- Identifies incorrectly packed cases, such as cases missing a bottle or with high bottles
- Identifies cases missing partitions or even with a bent partition flap
- Identifies cases containing broken products and other debris
- Optional reject conveyor system can automatically eject failed cases onto a side accumulation area until an operator can come correct the case's issue and put it back on the line
