Powered Combiner Rail

Our powered combiner rails (or powered guide rails) are used to eliminate back pressure in a combiner module caused by product dragging along guide rails. They consist of a complete drive and idle end assembly and drive unit suspended by bridgework over a combiner. The unit runs a chain perpendicular to the top of the combiner chains creating a moving guide rail.

Assists in carrying product along as it moves from mass to single file
Prevents back pressure from causing product to spill over the edge of the conveyor
Available with several variations of idle end take-up, either jackscrew, spring-tensioned, or pneumatic
