Powered Combiner Rail

Our powered combiner rails (or powered guide rails) are used to eliminate back pressure in a combiner module caused by product dragging along guide rails. They consist of a complete drive and idle end assembly and drive unit suspended by bridgework over a combiner. The unit runs a chain perpendicular to the top of the combiner chains creating a moving guide rail.
  • Assists in carrying product along as it moves from mass to single file
  • Prevents back pressure from causing product to spill over the edge of the conveyor
  • Available with several variations of idle end take-up, either jackscrew, spring-tensioned, or pneumatic
