Product Sampling Selector
Our Product Sampling Selector allows customers to remove individual products from line flow at a set interval for testing and inspection.
- Ability to separate sample products at full production speed, even on difficult to handle products like reverse tapered bottles
- Products too heavy for other samplers, such as air powered samplers, are no problem for our Sampling Selector
- Interval between samplings is adjustable to your preference
- Use of servo motors keeps the minimum time between samplings as short as possible
- Unit comes with safety interlocks to prevent access while the machine is in motion
