Starwheel Spacer Devices
Alliance Industrial designs stand-alone or bolt-on starwheel spacer devices for use in situations where a precise gap is desired between products.
- Starwheels can be fixed-arm, which prohibits product from being backed up into, or spring-loaded-arm, which allows product to back up into the spacer without damaging anything.
- We can build synchronized spacer devices using two starwheels mechanically or electronically linked that can take two incoming lanes of product and merge them into one and space them out as they discharge the machine
- Feature interchangeable wheels to accommodate a range of product sizes
- Can be retrofitted on existing lines
