Alliance Industrial Corporation Home

Alliance Industrial Corporation bulk/loose product conveyor customized to handle your specific product, regardless to shape or size. We have manufactured lines to run products ranging from glass bottles to paper plates to cans of motor oil.

Our loose product conveyor utilizes modular plastic chain or belt, which provides you with the advantages of longer life cycles, no tracking issues, and ease of maintenance. A variety of design options are available, including stainless steel and mild steel, frame construction type, chain type, and much more.

Modules include:

Lehr Unloader

Our Lehr Unloaders come with a variety of options to give glass houses more control over their lines from the moment glass enters the "cold end." Our Lehr Unloaders come standard with stainless steel chains to handle your hot glass. Lehr Unloaders come with standard deadplates between the lehr and our conveyor; however, we do offer the option for vibratory deadplates to facilitate easier transition off of the lehr and prevent stranded bottles. We can also build you an unloader featuring a manual or pneumatic cullet dump gate, making it easier for you to dump glass in the event of a downstream problem. More...

Accumulation Table

Our Accumulation Tables provides customers with a solution to problems stemming from excess product on their conveyor systems. The Accumulation Table provides an area for product to accumulate in the event of a downstream slowdown, jam, or machine error, giving operators time to correct problems without forcing a total line shutdown. Our Accumulation Tables are also valuable in situations where product has to continue to flow through a certain area regardless of the downstream situation, such as unloading hot glass from a lehr or discharging product from a machine. Divider Module

The Demand Divider is a module used to separate mass product into two lines and single file it, commonly prior to inspection or processing machinery. The Demand Divider separates product using a nose bar of some sorts, either metal or hifax plastic. The module is set up on either side like a Low Pressure Combiner; multiple chains running sequentially higher speeds pull mass product apart, while beaded (low-friction) rails serve as guides to minimize friction and prevent downed product. Dynamic Transfers

Dynamic Transfers provide a 90° change of direction in product flow without using flex chain. The product is pushed by line pressure along a curved guide from one chain onto another chain running perpendicular to the previous chain. A dynamic transfer uses a special intermediate chain lying parallel to the infeed chain to bridge the gap between the infeed and discharge chains. The intermediate chain also eliminates the problem found with traditional dead turns of stranding product on a dead plate if there is not enough back pressure. More...

Case Packer Infeeds

Alliance Industrial offers customers a high speed, low pressure infeed solution for case packers as an alternative to a more expensive automated solution. We utilize multiple beaded rail guides fitted with nosebars to minimize friction, reduce backpressure, and quickly separate mass product. All this allows you to simply run product in mass into the case packer infeed. You do not have to worry about an automated unit you have to setup, maintain, and monitor; all you have to do is provide a steady stream of product. We can build a custom unit to meet your requirements for lanes and product widths. More...

Lane Changers

Our Lane Changers redirect full cases, empty cases, shells, and loose product across multiple lanes of conveyor. A Lane Changer can be used to combine multiple infeed lanes into a single discharge lane or distribute a single infeed lane to multiple discharge lanes. Lane Changers are also commonly used to take product from one or more infeed lanes and allocate it across multiple discharge lanes based on downstream demand for product. Our Lane Changers are available in a wide range of configurations based on your needs, with electrical packages available to make a unit completely stand-alone. More...

Low Pressure Combiners and Recombiners

Our Low Pressure Combiners and Recombiners quickly and effectively take mass flow product and single file it for entry into a variety of machinery. They consist of a series of chains running at successively higher speeds, and are typically jack-driven from the main conveyor drive shaft. Low pressure combiners feature powered guide rails to help break up mass product. Low pressure combiners also come with down product pans to help clear out any downed product before it can get into downstream machinery. More...

Powered Combiner Rail

Our powered combiner rails (or powered guide rails) are used to eliminate back pressure in a combiner module caused by product dragging along guide rails. A powered guide rails consists of a complete drive and idle end assembly and drive unit suspended by bridgework over a combiner. The unit runs a chain perpendicular to the top of the combiner chains, creating a moving guide rail that helps carry product along as it moves from mass to single file. This prevents back pressure from causing product to spill over the edge of the conveyor as it tries to move to single file. Powered combiner rails are available with several variations of idle end take-up, either jackscrew, spring-tensioned, or pneumatic. More...

Tilted Slow-Down Modules

Our Tilted Slow Down Modules are used to help our customers smoothly change product flow from single file to mass flow. Slow Down Modules consist of a series of chains running at successively slower speeds, and are typically jack-driven from the main conveyor drive shaft. We frequently tilt our slow down modules minimize pressure as the product nests. Tilting the modules also helps by causing downed product to roll off the side of the module into down product pans on the side. Slow Down Modules are ideal for use after product is individually processed by production machinery, such inspection machines, fillers, and labelers; going back to mass flow saves floor space and reduces line speeds. Alpine / Multiflex Conveyor

The Alpine serves dual roles in your production lines. The alpine transports product from one elevation to another, and it can also provide large area for accumulation to help you manage line flow. Our alpines are available in inclining and declining models, using either MatTop® or Multiflex chain. More...
